A reserved matters application submitted on behalf of Wain Homes, Maybern coordinated the various consultants to inform the application, and heavily liaised with Wyre Borough Council to ensure that the application was determined in line with the client’s aspirations for commencing development on site. We also submitted a further full planning application for an additional 36 homes at the site, securing approval and delivery of an enhanced development form and return.
