Taking forward a site with an extant permission for 18 dwellings, Maybern achieved full planning permission for a greater density of development and negotiated a different split of affordable housing tenure to that previously considered acceptable for the site. We were able to ensure that the approved scheme met with the aspirations of the client for an executive and high-end development that also delivered affordable housing in the Ribble Valley area.
