Maybern prepared and submitted a full planning application for the erection of 17 dwellings on the site of the former Jolly Tar Public House at Nantwich Road, Wardle. Maybern liaised and negotiated with the Council during the determination period to agree specific matters including the timing of affordable housing delivery and the removal of trees on the site. We continue to advise the developer, having dealt with the discharge of pre-commencement conditions allowing a prompt start on site.
