Maybern has assisted client Pringle Homes with a full planning application regarding the erection of 37 Residential Units with Access, Parking and Landscaping at Crow Trees Farm, Chatburn. The project also includes both the conversion and extension of the former dairy outbuilding onsite, the extension of two further outbuildings for garage usage, as well as the refurbishment and modernisation of the Grade II Listed Building, Crow Trees Farmhouse that is also located within the village Conservation Area.
Maybern has coordinated various consultants to support the application, including heritage specialists to help secure Crow Trees Farmhouse onsite. The planning application will enable the delivery of 37 high quality affordable housing units as an extension to the village settlement area our submission fully considered the restrictive housing policy context and required significant discussions with Ribble Valley Borough Council on design, principle and delivery matters.
